3:00 pm Gates Open for check in.
At this time there will be music, food trucks, vendors, and our "The Lights" merchandise store will be opened.

5:30 pm gates will close for check in.
Music and performances will occur after 5:30. There will be a sparkler dance and fun activities until the fire team approves to launch the lanterns. Lanterns will not be launched until the crowd is directed by the MC. If lanterns are launched before fire team approval you will be asked to leave the premises.

Our lantern launch will take place at nightfall and is 100% dependent on the wind and the fire marshal's approval.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

  • Bring chairs, and blankets as there will be some sitting while listening to the music provided.
  • Please note that we do not allow outside food or drink at The Lights fest. Don't worry though, we make sure our events are packed with a variety of food trucks.
  • Please bring warm clothing. We will sell merchandise that includes blankets and sweatshirts, but encourage you to bring warm clothing we know it will get colder and the night goes on.
